Product Description

The tubular wear-resistant rod is a kind of wear-resistant rod with high wear-resisting wear and cutting wear and high hardness designed and manufactured by our company. Its main hard phase is cast tungsten carbide and macrocrystalline tungsten carbide, and a variety of carefully designed components are mixed, granulated, dried and sieved. The electrode has the remarkable characteristics of uniform composition and excellent welding flow performance, and can meet the special requirements of individual users.

Casting tungsten carbide electrode, also known as cast tungsten carbide alloy electrode, is composed of W2C and WC alloy particles, and the hardness of 93HRA is 1600-1800 degrees.

Cast tungsten carbide welding rods has high hardness, wear resistance, impact resistance and high temperature resistance.

The content of cast tungsten carbide is 60%-65%, and the commonly particle size is 20-200 mesh.

Using the cold-rolled strip drawing method, the hard phase cast tungsten carbide is filled into the low-carbon steel pipe to make a silver-white tubular electrode. The surfacing layer has the characteristics of high hardness and good wear resistance. Recommended for mining machinery, geological tools, feed mill hammers, road construction equipment, Oil drilling equipment, etc. Oxygen-acetylene weak carbonization flame surfacing is recommended, and argon arc surfacing (argon tungsten arc welding) can also be used.

Making macrocrystalline tungsten carbide powder and mixed with binding metal such as Co to form into
hot spray hardfacing material which arePTAwelded and HVOF sprayed onto surfaces of airplane engine
paperroller chemical devices photocopier and so on.

Macrocrystalline tungsten carbide powder which are able to provide excellent wear resistance against
exposed sliding friction surface,such as slot or warehouse crashing parts, forklift buckets, crane hopper
screw feeder, ingot tongs and grind device components.

Tobused as cemented carbide for solidifying hard rocks drills, continuous coal mining bits, road
construction tools and varies kind ofmoulds and wear parts.
